I'm so sick of the vancouver housing market, and this is only going to make things worse. All this does is encourage people that can least afford it to stretch their necks out even further in the hopes that price will keep going up as they are now.

There is a total lack of understanding of fundamentals. This market is completely unsustainable.

This only raises the risk of turning a 'correction' into a 'crash'

Have you ever taken a look at a graph of vancouver house prices over the last 30 years or so? 10 years from now prices could be half of what they are today, particularly in the leaky condo market. The way out of the market at that point?
