“Realtors cannot convince as many people to over-pay for houses if their own economist forecasts prices to drop.”
According to Schiff, “we are a very long way from a bottom, and by the time its visible, Lereah will be out of a job.”

US RE crash or slowdown as the bulls prefer it will affect Vancouver adversely, barring all Tradeshow, Expo and Olympic.
