'100 exec townhouses – less 28 units sold = roughly 70 units still availableprices starting $839,900'1) Other new SFHs -freehold not strata title- at Furry Creek start at $799,900 including GST2) So why is he relinquishing his prized trophy for a mere $10k more than developers current starting price?“Or perfect for downsizing from a larger home.“No kidding. 3 flight of stairs! The Howe Sound rains are 3x more than other parts of GV. Not kind to the arthritic geriatic. ”This is a real community where you can get to know your neighbors.”Didn’t they say that it’s better to own freehold properties than strata-title.Also assuming all those downsizing are partying-potsmoking crowd, will blend in.

Hmmm, $350K eh? Maybe it's time to get a haircut, put on a suit, and go climbing that corporate ladder. On second thought…nahh…why bother. I can buy a house in Vancouver and do buggar all for a couple of years and make the same amount of money on appreciation!Home equity loans should take care of those pesky living expenses.Damn, life is good here! 😉

Did anyone watch Globus at 6pm tonight that they can't find talents to move to Vancouver to take up jobs paying $350K/annum!!! Coz no one wants to move here given the priorities of their spouses, families, housing and qualities of life in other cities.
