This is a report on Vancouver’s ‘most liveable city’ status as awarded by the UK’s Economist Intelligence Unit in 2002. That year we tied with Melbourne as the best place for a British Expat to live. Although its several years old, this clip is as funny as ever and certainly hasn’t lost its relevance:

Thanks for the clip! I disagree with anonymous, nothing in there looked like a 'pretty good deal'. I think Rick Mercer is a funny guy, but his best material is his walking rants – This hour has 22 minutes was some of his best stuff.
If I am correct, the 4.888 million dollar house is on Granville (~60th). A year ago, it worth 8 millions!! So 4.888 is a surprisingly good deal.. in 2007.. oops..
