So they forecast a 5.7% rise in prices in 2008. I hope they are saying the "innovative" products they have to offer this year, not available last year, will compensate for this rise. BDK,The case above is about empty units and rich owners definitely there is no mortgage burden and the owners want their units empty so they are not looking for any yield,despite maintenance carrying cost is 0!0!0! because owner likes to keep the way it is……
