We are currently on-track to have an increase in 900 units, compared to the norm. Historically, inventory falls around 900 units from September through October. However, this month, we are on track to actually be flat and possibly increase. If we have an increase, it will be the first increase from September to October in recent history. I agree it’s overpriced, but that’s one of the most expensive locations in the whole city. Also it’s an equity co-op (condos weren’t around when it was built) and there ought to be a discount for that compared to a real condo. Note the single assessment for the whole building:

I would call it ethnic politics, which is something I don’t approve of, although it’s been around since before Confederation. I would include the current leader of the NDP who won by appealing to his own ethnic group in that.
Voters may have the right to choose any candidate they want for whatever reason they want, but anyone who encourages them to vote based on race is simply racist.
Also, by encouraging them to vote only for chinese candidates, they are effectively telling them not to vote for someone who is white, Indian, etc…which is hate speech.
