Since Aussie fertility rates peaked sooner than in Canada, the Oz housing shit show is especially revealing.

Sell, Mortimer! Sell!” comes from the iconic 1980s movie, “Trading Places,” where the film’s heroes, played by Eddie Murphy and Dan Aykroyd, get the better of villains Randolph and Mortimer Duke while trading orange juice futures contracts—which is yes, a real thing. In the pivotal scene, Murphy and Aykroyd have duped the Dukes into thinking they received an advance copy of the government crop report indicating there will be an orange shortage, meaning the price of orange juice will go higher once the report is officially released. The Duke brothers, believing they have an information edge, place bets on the price of orange juice going up. When the actual crop report is released it indicates instead that oranges are plentiful, the price of orange juice futures drops like a rock and the Dukes realize they’ve been had. In the panic… Read more »

Prove positive China and Iran are in bed together. If this and what’s happening in HK cause US, Canada and EU to take military actions against China, you know we have already lost the war.

peace with iran is closer than ever. all the actions going on now are proof of that. because iran is trying to grab as much leverage as possible before they sit down and talk.

trump is systematically trying to turn as many enemies into allies as possible. so far russia and china are the hardcore hold outs. it will be their loss as they become increasingly isolated. everyone else is in play.

it’s a long process but we are moving towards world peace, global cooperation, and the humanity united against china. what a time to be alive.

Can’t really call it a long process. It’s only been 2 years which is really impressive. Almost as impressive as being able to see something systemic in the random actions of the subject.

Interesting metaphor. Are the parties involved using oil as a proxy for Fertility futures trading?

they are following their standard procedure.

because police don’t want to bias potential jurors with a detailed description. they do this for all cases where there is a picture of the suspect unless there is a strong reason to get the info out immediately.

“they do this for all cases where there is a picture of the suspect unless there is a strong reason to get the info out immediately.”

the info on the east-van sexual assault suspect was released because he did something very serious and is an immediate danger to the public.
implicating a possibly innocent person or biasing the jury pool are deemed lower priority than safety of public.

this case is completely consistent with my point. also, it contradicts the theory didn’t state but may be implying.

Lin Biao entrapped in China, has a peculiar similarity to today’s HK no? The history is that him and his family pined to escape China thru HK, but were blocked.
Off he went to confront Mao, wherein they both took to the road in a car chase. Eventually after an escapade worthy of a James Bond movie, Mao was said to have crashed his Maserati into Lin’s BMW….
So
It is it beyond consideration that HK comes into the mainland fold, sooner, rather than later, in any projection of the future?

OPINION: Housing starts are particularly strong in Metro Vancouver, but one analyst wonders if it’s developers trying to beat increases in development charges.

And just last week YVR was insisting that housing starts were down under the NDP. Wrong again, it seems.

YVR would argue up is down if the NDP was involved. Total partisanship on his part.

YVR

I just quoted the NDP budget:

James’s provincial budget, tabled in February, forecast that housing starts would decline from 41,000 last year to 34,000 this year, a 17 per cent drop. She’d stood by that forecast in the legislature (“I am comfortable with the numbers”) as recently as May 7, during debate on the spending estimates for her own Ministry of Finance.

But it looks like an irrelevant spike anyway. “it could still be a spike, brought on by factors like builders trying to get ahead of pending increases in development charges and latter day efforts in the faltering market for presales.”

Selective Memory

“I just quoted the NDP budget”

You just took a speculative forecast from a political document — so two degrees removed from reality — and repeated it as a current fact.

Even if housing starts happen to decline some time in the future, that won’t make you retroactively right today.

Agent: we got offices around the globe and can hold funds in trust as long as the buyer and seller are from the same country. Buyer: So your saying I can pay $3 million of the $6 million within China and don’t need to launder the money out? Agent: Yes. This way you will also save the PTT of 5% above $3 million. That’s a savings of $150,000. Plus you don’t have to launder the money. Another $100,000 savings. So total savings is $250,000. Buyer and Seller: I love Canada.

you’d think after seeing all the scams, tricks, cheating, etc white people would be less naive. but they aren’t. in your opinion why is this?

i think that they aren’t equipped to deal with this. culturally white people can’t even TALK about money with their loved ones let alone imagine off the books cash transactions between strangers or slight acquaintances.

I’m thinking schooling and MSM. They are hardwired and think people can’t break laws. If they do, they will be caught. For example, they think I’m a realtor and pumper. Couldn’t be farther from the truth. Note how they’re influenced by the true pumpers on this site. Unbelievable.

Most of the world thinks differently. First thought is “how can I bypass this law so I can get ahead. Where is the loophole?” I see this all around me.

Of course, you’re just a regular buyer who is desperate to purchase because there’s a tidal wave of foreigners with criminal intent coming – and you know this due to the secret insider knowledge you’ve acquired by simply being of a relevant ethnicity. But despite your unique insight (and attendance of hundreds of open houses over a period spanning years now) you’ve yet to make an offer on a single property (aside from those you already admitted to lying about). You’re the victim here, but regardless you’re trying to do everybody a favour by spending hours every week attempting to persuade them to buy overpriced crap in the valley before they’re priced out for good and forced to prostitute themselves for eternity.

That about right?

China’s Vanishing Muslims: Undercover In The Most Dystopian Place In The World
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v7AYyUqrMuQ

China’s Uighur minority live a dystopian nightmare of constant surveillance and brutal policing. At least one million of them are believed to be living in what the U.N. described as a “massive internment camp that is shrouded in secrecy,” while many Uighur children are taken to state-run orphanages where they’re indoctrinated into Chinese customs. The Uighurs’ plight has largely been kept hidden from the world, thanks to China’s aggressive attempts to suppress the story at all costs. VICE News’ Isobel Yeung posed as a tourist to gain unprecedented access to China’s western Xinjiang region, which has been nearly unreachable by journalists.

Maxime Bernier says his party would cap immigration levels at 150K

his party would prioritize economic immigrants, accept fewer refugees, “considerably limit” those accepted under the family reunification program and scrap the option to sponsor parents and grandparents. Bernier’s more bold statements, such as his pledge to repeal the Multiculturalism Act, withdraw from the UN’s Global Compact for Migration and promise to reject immigrants that do not share Canadian values, garnered loud applause and cheers from the crowd. The federal Liberals plan to increase the yearly number of immigrants accepted into Canada to 340,000 by 2020
