Kobe Bryant tribute at West End apartment sparks outrage among tenants

Douchebag slumlord arrogant apartment owner enrages tenants with signs and takes a defiant stand because he’s an asshole.

A perfect example of moral ambiguity and logically challenged individuals.

A couple of months ago there was a story circulating in the local media of a woman who was battling cancer. As if that was not enough of a challenge in itself, the woman was living in her car parked in a shopping mall in North Van.
I am not suggesting that the cancer was the pumpers fault.

But what I am suggesting is that the homelessness affliction is linked to the pumpers, criminals, crooked politicians who are all contributors, and as such society needs to shun these sociopaths, and designate them as social pariahs.

‘You dropped your coronavirus,’ white man tells Asian woman in Burnaby (VIDEO)

Pretty basic stuff, but some stuff that is a pretty loose interpretation of reality. “For more than a decade, authorities in B.C. have tried to staunch the flow of dirty money through the province, but as recent reports commissioned by the B.C. government reveal, the efforts have largely failed.” Point of fact: There was not much interest at all from the government in staunching the flow until about three years ago.

And yes Corona virus comes from China so naturally people will be wary of Han Chinese. Those insecure Han and their apologists can eat a d.
If being wary of Han Chinese and the viruses that come from their home country is racist then please, all smart people like us are racist, and will continue be, no matter how much of a toddler temper tantrum the Han Chinese get. Maybe they should stop eating bats, pet dogs, wolf puppies, and donkey dong, having unhygienic habits, and by doing so cultivating serious viruses.
See Serpentza Youtube Channel, one who lives in China and details their general habits and behaviour,

It’s really very simple, Han China, just don’t do it, and you won’t get labelled or called out on it.

Burnaby first hand info: Many have pulled listings as they have simply given up. It looks like they don’t want to lower their asking ,and hoping for a turnaround that will not come, hence the lack of listings.

Poor boy, please, nobody was discussing urgency or non urgency, just a general seller disappointment in the Burnaby Market, hence the listings plummeting.. Clear enough, kid? You need to brush up on reading comprehension and stop letting your emotions dictate your responses.

Bogus conclusion arrived at by the sprinkling of some facts, peppered with layers of untruth.

Takes the projected total growth of BC and arbitrarily assigns an inflated number to Vancouver.

Canada’s chief public health officer condemns racist acts linked to coronavirus outbreak
https://www.cbc.ca/news/politics/tam-public-health-coronavirus-racism-1.5445713

>>> sorry, public safety should not come at the expense of a few who might feel they are being discriminated against. if this thinking has played a big part in how health officials are currently handling the situation in Canada and they wind up being wrong, there are no do-overs and an apology at that point will mean absolutely nothing. had this cruise ship attempted to dock in Vancouver authorities would have kept quiet about the situation, whisked all the passengers off the boat no questions asked aside from the one or two who felt ill.

One of the pumpers (the one that changes handles often) said:

“but we need about 22,000 net new homes per year to house them. That’s 60 homes every single day, including Sunday”

Truth is:

Approx only 8,350 /yr new units will be needed to meet actual demand.
More will be built for speculation. Add that to the glut that already exists, and crash will be spectacular

Going forward population growth rate for Vancouver is projected to be less than 1% and estimated to be considerably less each year going forward in the next 5 years.
