MemberIt's too bad the Olympic Village units don't all go onto the MLS and get added to the count, that would pretty much get us there for monday. I'm curious to see if we have many expiries this week or if we'll make it from 18k to 19k in less than a week.

MemberI'm beginning to wonder... In 2008 there were essentially zero condo developments which reached completion without selling out or coming pretty close to selling out.
Nowadays it's common for all the big developments finishing to have 50% or more of the units unsold. If we add that to the 18+k in MLS inventory doesn't that mean that inventory has ALREADY surpassed the peak 2008 supply by truly a crushing margin. (does 26,000 units for sale sound better than 18,000 to anyone else?)
