So an inventory increase of 38, yet 135 net new listings. Thus 97 expired. That could be a more interesting stat, as Vancouver housing used to sell itself - now people are giving up.
Despite 100+ net new listings/day in June, inventory is only slightly creeping forward.

Not really, actually. If Realtors are looking for what a "normal" level of sales looks like, even when population is growing at the high end of the historical range, 2010 is it!
